Go Allout When We’re Let Out!
“What do you want to do once everything goes back to normal?”
It’s a good question, to be honest. At the moment, life is on hold as the UK goes into Covid-19 lockdown and it can be tough to think past the weeks of quarantine ahead of us. Especially as the PM is reviewing the Covid-19 situation in three weeks’ time (which doesn’t necessarily mean we’ll be free to do whatever we want straight away).
As hard as it is, this is the best thing we can be doing, by staying indoors we’re easing the strain on the NHS and protecting the vulnerable. That being said, there is no denying that all this time indoors has given us time to think about things too.
With that in mind, we wanted to remind everyone that we have plenty of activities to look forward to once things return to normal. We’ve made a list of some of our favourite activities here at Allout Adventures, so read on to see what you can do once we’re let out!
Paintball
Out the house and time to blow off some steam, look no further than paintballing! Allout Paintball use the latest paintballing equipment ensuring your action packed day goes as smoothly as possible, giving you and your team mates complete confidence during your adrenalin fuelled assaults on the enemy.
Instructed by our experienced, first aid trained paintball marshals, your party can choose from a number of different scenarios using all six of our custom built arenas to complete your days assault, making it an ideal team building exercise with the added assurance that you are in safe hands.
Quad Biking
Get off the sofa and onto a Quad Bike, nothing stands in the way of our Honda TRX 250cc tiptronic quad bikes when you’re tearing it up on our quad trek!
These quad bikes will take you anywhere. Bring along the family for some Family Quad Trek fun or bring your friends for an unforgettable quad bike ride as we head off into the Slaley countryside under the watchful eye of one of our experienced Allout Adventures quad bike instructors.
It’s an exhilarating trek where you’ll cover nearly 10 miles of the 1,300 acre estate over forest tracks, a winding open mx style track and open fields.
4x4 Off Road Driving
Put down the Xbox controller and take our specially modified 4x4 Landrover Discovery out for a spin on our Nationally Acclaimed extreme off road course.
You’ll be given instructions on how to safely operate our amazing 4x4 vehicle off road as you climb steep hills, drop down sharp descents, blast through water canyons and over some amazing off camber sections that would tip any normal vehicle.
Segway Safari
Gliding has a totally new meaning nowadays when you are hovering above the ground on our Segway Safari.
These machines really do have to be seen to be believed and after a full safety brief from one of our experienced Segway Safari Instructors you will feel as one with the machine.
On your Segway Safari you will glide effortlessly across the Slaley Hall estate roads, through the woodland trek and over open fields, the perfect remedy for those weeks stuck indoors.
Clay Pigeon Shooting
Get outdoors with Clay Pigeon Shooting, whether you’re a total beginner or a competent shooter our Clay Pigeon experience is exciting for all involved.
During your session you’ll receive one on one tuition from one of our shooting instructors who will firstly run over a full safety brief putting you and your group at ease. Following the safety brief, you’ll be taught how to correctly hold, aim and fire the shotgun in a safe competent manner.
Your shots will consist of high and low birds travelling towards and away giving you plenty of choice throughout your session and your instructor will help you maintain the correct stance and advise on exactly where to train your eye in order to successfully hit the clays!
Archery
Have a go at this extremely addictive and competitive sport to bring out your inner Robin Hood or Katniss Everdeen.
Bring along the family or friends for an Allout Adventures archery session where one of our archery instructors will teach you how to correctly hold the bow, load the arrow and help you get the perfect aim to hit the target each time whilst keeping an eye on your all‐important archery stance.
Knife and Axe Throwing
Steady hands aren’t necessarily the key to this activity. More brute strength and a touch of accuracy is needed to hit the target.
Using a range of different axes, hatchets and throwing knives you’ll be taught the basics of the perfect throw and the different throwing techniques for each discipline. Great as a fun activity for those with a competitive edge wanting to learn new disciplines.
We hope that this list has given you something to look forward to after the lockdown, we know we can’t wait to be back to work and help you have a day to remember at Allout Adventures.
If you’re looking to surprise someone, why not treat them to one of our gift vouchers, we have a selection on offer for all our activities.
